On 20 July, 2011, I published a Blog noting that various Theofascists in the political sphere want to surreptitiously impede the legal protections afforded to American citizens by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States on the grounds that the First Amendment was never intended to protect non-Christian religions! This brash philosophical deduction is known as "Constitutional originalism", and it is endorsed by current Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia. However, owing to this same for of Constitutional "interpretation", current GOP contender (video below) believes that the First Amendment of the Constitution, likewise, does not protect Muslims from persecution, insisting that local communities have the authority to censure them and ban them from setting up their Mosques - places of worship. Any threat to the religious freedom of the religious freedom of another - unless, of course, it's bigotry under the guise of so-called "religious liberties" - is a threat to the Religious Freedoms of all Pagans and Witches worshiping within the United States of America!
